Nullva is a scanning and takedown service. As your authorized agent, we search for copies of your content online, file copyright and policy removal requests with hosts, platforms and search engines, and report the results to you.
You must own the content you ask us to protect, or be authorized to act for the owner (for example, an agency with a signed mandate). Filing a notice on content you do not own can create legal liability — for you — so we verify ownership before the first filing.
We cannot guarantee that any specific copy will be removed, or that removed content will never reappear. Some hosts and jurisdictions do not cooperate with any service. We promise effort, speed, transparency and re-filing — not miracles. Anyone who guarantees permanent removal is misleading you.
Plans are billed monthly (or yearly where offered) until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices are flat worldwide; taxes may apply where required by law.
Do not use Nullva to target content you have no rights in, to harass anyone, or to obtain information about another person. Accounts that do are terminated.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
